What would happen if Noah's Ark were found?
If Noah's Ark were uncovered, the world would flock to it and worship it, much like all roads lead to Rome. People would make it a focal point of worship, which is why God has seen fit to keep it hidden, knowing the human heart's tendency to idolize.
Les explains that this is why Noah's Ark has never been discovered. If it could be uncovered, then like all roads lead to Rome, all roads would lead to the Ark, and the world would flock to worship something like that. He compares this to the Apostle Paul, who saw and heard things in glory but was not permitted to repeat them; otherwise people would have worshiped him. Paul never expected worship, being just as human as anyone. God put a stigma on him that he could not repeat what he had seen and heard. The same principle applies to many other things God has kept hidden because He knows the human heart.
