Who can give us the new nature?
Only God can give us the new nature. The old Adamic nature had to be crucified with Christ, but that death occurs in the invisible, spiritual realm, which no human can touch. Therefore, only God can put the old nature to death and create the new nature, the new creative personality, within us.

We are a new work of creation, which God alone can do, and this brings a change in modus operandi.
