What pattern did God give Moses for the tabernacle?

When Moses was instructed by Jehovah on Mount Sinai to build the tabernacle, God gave him a pattern of the tabernacle in heaven. This heavenly pattern served as the divine blueprint for the earthly tabernacle, pointing to the greater and more perfect tabernacle that Christ, as high priest, would enter.

Les explains that when Moses was on Mount Sinai, Jehovah instructed him to build the tabernacle and gave him a pattern of the tabernacle in heaven. This pattern shows that the earthly tabernacle was a copy of the heavenly reality. Les connects this to Hebrews 9, where Christ became a high priest of good things to come by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not after Aaron but after the order of Melchizedek. Melchizedek was a priest forever, not under the law or of the tribe of Levi, covering the whole human race. Thus the tabernacle pattern points to Christ's high priestly ministry.
