What did the white linen of the tabernacle depict?

The white linen depicted the very righteousness of Christ and the very righteousness of God. It also spoke of His righteousness and holiness, showing that the common person could not look in on the things of God and that only those in Christ appreciate them.

Les explains that the white linen of the tabernacle's outer fence depicted the very righteousness of Christ and the very righteousness of God. It was nine feet tall and made of pure white linen, and it kept anyone from looking in on the things of God. That is still true today; only as one becomes in Christ does he begin to appreciate these things. The gate curtain, by contrast, was not white but was made of the four colors—blue, purple, red, and pure white—which depict Christ's heavenly origin, royalty, sacrifice, righteousness, and holiness.
