Is it an accident when someone randomly comes across a Bible teaching program and gets interested?

Les explains that nothing just accidentally happens when God is in the picture. He points to Acts 16 and Lydia, the seller of purple, as a divine appointment. Paul came from Asia Minor into Macedonia because the Spirit gave him the vision, and on the Sabbath they went to a riverside where prayer was made. Lydia heard, and the Lord opened her heart. Had Paul not come to that place on that day, she would never have heard the Word. From her point of view, she was accidentally in the right place at the right time, but behind it was the sovereign God. So when someone says they accidentally ran across the program and got interested in the Bible, it is not accidental; the Lord is in it from start to finish.
