Why does Les Feldick do this teaching ministry if not for compliments?
The ministry is not for compliments; it is done to accomplish something for the Lord. It serves as a goodwill gesture and a means of getting the Word out, covering great themes of Scripture from Genesis through much of Revelation.
Les explains that they don't do these things for compliment, but it sure helps to know that something is being accomplished for the Lord in what they are doing. He shares a letter from a viewer who says she cannot begin to tell what the teachings have done for her; she has grown more in the last six months than in her entire 46 years. The ministry is also a goodwill gesture and a means of getting the Word out, an overview from Genesis 1 through a good part of Revelation, done in one day. Station people sometimes ask him to share mail, and the letter is typical of what they receive from the television audience and VCR recipients.
