Who is the person required for our redemption, and how was He proven?

The Lord Jesus is the person required for our redemption. He was proven by the miracles He performed during His three years of earthly ministry, which validated His claim to be the Redeemer of Israel, just as Moses was authenticated by sign miracles.

Les explains that the Exodus redemption required a person—Moses—who had to be proven as the legitimate leader and deliverer by sign miracles: his rod became serpents, his hand became leprous, and then it was healed. Those miracles proved to the Jew that Moses was indeed God's man to deliver them. In the same way, Les teaches that the person required in our redemption process is the Lord Jesus. During His three years of earthly ministry, He proved who He really was by His miracles and validated His claim that He was indeed the Redeemer of Israel. Les also emphasizes that God required the blood of a lamb placed on the doorpost, and in the New Testament our Lamb is Christ, which the New Testament substantiates.
