Why can no one say they never had a chance?
Scripture declares that Jesus of Nazareth, born of Bethlehem, is the true light who enlightens every man coming into the world. Since that light reaches every person, no individual can claim they were never given an opportunity to know or respond.
Les explains that the true light is Jesus of Nazareth, born of Bethlehem, and that this light enlightens every man who comes into the world. He calls this a frightening statement because it removes every excuse: in other words, no one will ever be able to say, “But I never had a chance.” The true light reaches every person, so the claim of never having an opportunity is impossible.
John 1:9
That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
