Why does Les Feldick refuse to ask for money or beg for money on the air?
He states no detailed rationale; he simply refuses to ask or beg for money, saying he would go off the air before begging. Yet he lets viewers know the ministry stays on the air only through gifts from God's people, set up as tax-deductible for donors' tax break.
Les explains that he absolutely refuses to ask for money and will go off the air before he will beg for money. He says the ministry still has to let people know it can stay on the air only because of the gifts of God's people. He notes a tax-deductible organization was set up so God's people can receive their tax deduction—the only reason for doing it. He adds that television time is expensive and he cannot afford it.
