Are Christians currently in a battle, and how severe is the attack on Christianity worldwide?
Yes, Christians are currently in a battle. Christianity worldwide is under ferocious attack, and persecution is rampant against believers. This is a warfare, and it is going to get worse. The press and Congress are waking up to this reality, but the battle continues until the final trumpet call.
Les explains that believers are currently in a battle, similar to soldiers in a Roman army. He notes that even the press and Congress are waking up to the fact that Christianity worldwide is coming under ferocious attack. Persecution is rampant against Christians, and he describes it as a warfare that will get worse. Yet he points to the joy of the coming trumpet call, when the battle is over and believers go home, getting closer to the day when that call takes them out of this existence and they are suddenly changed, as Paul says.
