What is the church called in Ephesians 1:22-23?

Ephesians 1:22-23 calls the church the Ecclesia, which is now the Body of Christ. It is also named His Body and the fullness of Him that filleth all anon, meaning the complement or completion of Christ, as Eve completed Adam.

Les teaches that the church in Ephesians 1:22-23 is the Ecclesia, identified as the Body of Christ. He notes verse 23 calls it His Body and the fullness of Him, explaining that 'fullness' means complement. Just as Eve was the completion of Adam, so the Body of Christ will be the completion of Christ Himself. Les also connects this to Ephesians 3:6, where Gentiles are fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ.
