Is it only the most spiritual Christians who are baptized into the body of Christ?
No. Baptism into the Body of Christ is not reserved for the most spiritual Christians. By the one Holy Spirit, every believer—regardless of station in life, whether Jew or Gentile, bond or free—is baptized into that one Body when they become a child of God.
Les explains from 1 Corinthians 12 that the body is one yet has many members, just as the human body has hands, toes, legs, ears, and eyes under one central nervous system, with the head controlling the body. He emphasizes the word "all" in verse 13: by one Spirit, the Holy Spirit, we all are baptized. It is not just the most spiritual who get baptized into the body, but every believer of whatever station in life. When a person becomes a believer, a child of God, the Holy Spirit baptizes that person into the Body of Christ. Verse 14 adds that whether Jews or Gentiles, bond or free, all have been made to drink or partake of that same Spirit, which is part and parcel of the Body of Christ.
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Is being placed in the Body of Christ only for the most spiritual or those with a dramatic experience?
Spirit baptism into the Body of Christ is not for just the most spiritual or for those who have had some kind of emotional upheaval; every true believer, wherever he is and however great his experience, is a member of the Body.
