Why is the world today voting against Israel and pushing them into a smaller area of Jerusalem?
The world's opposition to Israel is a Satanic ploy aimed at getting rid of the Jewish nation. Satan fights God's dealings with Israel because if he can eliminate the Jew, God cannot perform His prophecies, since all the prophecies rest on Israel. This continues Satan's long effort to thwart God's program.
Les explains that as soon as God announced to Abraham that He would bring out a separated people, deal with them, and bring a Redeemer of the whole human race through them, Satan immediately put everything in high gear to thwart the program of God. History shows Satan constantly fighting God's dealing with the nation of Israel. Everything that comes about in Israel, whether unbelief or attacks from the Gentile world, Satan does. Even today, the whole world is voting against the little nation of Israel, trying to push them tighter and tighter into a smaller area of Jerusalem.
