What did the Lord tell Paul in the temple vision in Acts 22:18?

In the temple vision, the Lord told Paul to make haste and get out of Jerusalem, because the Jews would not receive his testimony concerning Him. The instruction emphasized urgent departure from Jerusalem since Paul's witness about Christ would be rejected there.

Les explains that in Acts 22 Paul is before the religious leaders in Jerusalem and recounts his conversion on the road to Damascus and his later ministry among the Gentiles. He recalls that while he prayed in the temple he was in a trance and saw the Lord, who said, “Make haste, get thee out of Jerusalem, for they the Jews will not receive thy testimony concerning me.” Paul then responds that the Jews knew he had imprisoned and beaten believers in every synagogue and had consented to Stephen’s death. The Lord further tells him in verse 21, “Depart, get out of Jerusalem, for I will send you far hence to the Gentiles.”

Acts 22:18

And saw him saying unto me, Make haste, and get thee quickly out of Jerusalem: for they will not receive thy testimony concerning me.
