What was the second time the Holy Spirit was manifested in the book of Acts?

The second time the Holy Spirit was manifested in Acts was at the house of Cornelius, where the Spirit was poured out on Gentiles. They spoke with known languages and magnified God, showing the same gift of speaking more languages than they normally lived with.

Les explains that as many as came with Peter, six Jews, saw that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Spirit. They knew because they heard the Gentiles of the house of Cornelius speaking with known languages and magnifying God. Les points out they were not talking to God but to fellow men, magnifying God in the presence of the seven Jews and the household of Cornelius. There was no unknown language or guttural sound; it was speaking languages. This was the second time the Holy Spirit was manifested by giving the gift of speaking more language than what they were normally living with. The first time was to Jews in Acts chapter 2; the second time was to a whole house of Gentiles; the third and last time in Acts is in chapter 19 to another unique little group, small in number, representative of a larger group.
