Why does Paul use everything at his disposal when teaching the Corinthians?

Paul uses every available means to teach the carnal believers at Corinth and bring them under an understanding of his gospel—that Christ died for the sins of the world, His blood was shed, and He rose from the dead—while also confronting their behavioral problems, such as temptations to idolatry and immoral practices.

Les explains that Paul is addressing carnal believers at Corinth and uses everything at his disposal to teach them and bring them under an understanding of his gospel: Christ died for the sins of the world, His blood was shed, and He rose from the dead. Because they had behavioral problems, Paul must constantly bring in those issues. They were tempted to go back into idolatry and immoral practices, plus other hang-ups he has been addressing.
