What did Israel do with the preaching of Peter and the eleven in the Book of Acts?

Israel rejected the preaching of Peter and the eleven in the Book of Acts. Despite the continued preaching, Israel would not believe that Jesus was the Christ. The nation did not accept their testimony, persisting in unbelief and refusing the Messiah.

Les explains that after Israel rejected the Christ, Peter and the eleven continued to preach to them in the Book of Acts. He notes that the account shows Israel just would not believe that Jesus was the Christ. This continued unbelief is why God left off dealing with Israel early in the Book of Acts, and the last seven years of Daniel's 490-year prophecy have not yet been accomplished but remain future.
