Why must the Church be taken out of the way before God deals with Israel again?
The Church must be removed because the present Age of Grace is an undetermined period. God paused His prophetic program with Israel after they rejected the King, and He will resume that program only after the Church is taken out of the way; Israel's future dealings belong back in the prophetic timeline.
Les explains that when Israel would not believe and receive her King, God raised up Paul and opened the Age of Grace, the Church Age. From the time Paul began ministering to the Gentiles with the Gospel of Grace, there is an undetermined period whose length we do not know. Then the Church will have to be taken out of the way so God can pick up where He left off with Israel, because that all belongs back in the prophetic program. After the Tribulation, Christ will return, set up His Kingdom, and the raptured believers will come back with Him to rule and reign.
