If you cannot believe the resurrection today, you have no salvation, no power, and you are destitute. The resurrection is the very heart of the Gospel, and it is what makes all the difference between true Christianity and the religions of the world.
Les explains that if you can't believe the resurrection, you have no salvation, no power, and you're destitute. The very heart of the Gospel is that Jesus rose from the dead, and that makes all the difference between true Christianity and the religions of the world. Those religions can't claim any power of resurrection; they may claim reincarnation, but they know nothing of resurrection power. Paul writes in Philippians 4:10 that he wants to know Christ intimately and the power of His resurrection.
