What other problems did the Corinthian church have besides divisions?

Besides divisions, the Corinthian church faced moral problems and relational problems within the church family. The letter of Corinthians addresses a series of problems the congregation sent to the apostle, asking how to handle them. These included issues of morality and conflicts in relationships among believers, not merely disagreements over which leader to follow.

Les explains that the divisions over leaders such as Peter and Apollos were not the only issue in Corinth. The congregation also had a moral problem, problems of morality, and problems of relationship within the church family. The whole letter of Corinthians deals with a series of problems, which the Corinthians had brought to the apostle in a letter, asking how to do this and how to handle that. He notes that the moral problem would likely be seen later. So besides divisions, they faced morality and church-family relationship issues.
