What does Paul mean that all things are yours in 1 Corinthians 3:22-23?

Paul means that because believers are in Christ, all things—whether Paul, Apollos, Peter, the world, life, death, things present, or things to come—are theirs. This is the glory of being in Christ and reflects an unfathomable well of wisdom and knowledge.

Les explains that Paul comes back to his first controversy with the Corinthian believers, which was their divisions. Paul brings it to a head: whether they follow him, Apollos, Peter, the world, life, death, things present, or things to come, he says they are all yours. Les teaches that this is the great glory of being in Christ, an unfathomable well of wisdom and knowledge. He also points ahead to Ephesians, where Paul prays that believers might be filled with God's wisdom and know the height, depth, width, and length—four dimensions—showing that believers already live spiritually in another dimension.
