What were the carnal Corinthians waiting for according to Paul?

Paul says the carnal Corinthians were waiting for all the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Despite being newly converted out of paganism and still struggling with immoral practices, they were in grace and came behind in no gift, yet their expectation remained the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Les explains that the Corinthians were carnal, the opposite of mature spiritual Christians, recently converted out of paganism and still carrying hang-ups from immoral practices their families had followed. Yet they were in grace and came behind in no gift; everything God was ready to pour out was available to them as to more spiritual believers. In spite of their carnality and moral weaknesses, Paul says they were waiting for all the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
