What will Israel's homeland be when Christ returns?
When Christ returns, Israel’s homeland will be the entire Middle East, extending from the river of Egypt to the great river Euphrates, and from Mount Hermon down to the Red Sea. This land was deeded to Abraham by covenant, and God will not change His mind, so Israel will possess it fully.
Les explains that God made a covenant with Abraham and deeded the land to him, from the river of Egypt to the great river Euphrates. Regardless of what Israel does with the land—whether they give it back or fight for it—that promise stands. Because the works and calling of God are without His changing His mind, when Christ returns Israel will have the whole Middle East as their homeland, all the way from Mount Hermon down to the Red Sea. They have not got it yet, but they will.
