When does the supernatural become commonplace?

The supernatural becomes commonplace at the beginning of the seven-year period, specifically when the man signs the treaty with Israel and the Middle Eastern nations. From that point, supernatural events occur one after another, including the two witnesses appearing and the 144,000 being set apart.

Les explains that just as soon as the seven-year period starts—when the man signs the treaty with Israel and the Middle Eastern nations—the supernatural will become commonplace. Today, people are not used to the supernatural, angels intervening, or God using an earthquake. But once the seven years begin, supernatural events will take place one after another. First, the two witnesses will appear; if they are Moses and Elijah, it will be a supernatural phenomenon for men who lived over 2,000 years ago to return. Then the 144,000 Jews, 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes, will be supernaturally identified and set apart, since no one today could tell what tribe they come from. Also, the escaping remnant of Jews fleeing from Jerusalem to the mountains will be supernaturally escorted, similar to Israel coming out of Egypt, as seen in Revelation chapter 12.
