How long has Israel been under Gentile control and when will it end?

Israel has been under Gentile control ever since 606 B.C., beginning with Nebuchadnezzar's invasion of Jerusalem. That domination continued through Babylon, Rome, and modern Gentile powers, including Great Britain's mandate. It will end only when Christ returns at His second coming.

Les explains that Jerusalem first fell under the complete control of a Gentile empire at Nebuchadnezzar's invasion, and that condition ran all the way to the time of the cross. Then it was Rome, and in modern history Israel was controlled by various Gentile nations—the Moors, the Turks, and lastly Great Britain under mandate. Although Israel has had a semblance of sovereignty, Les says for the most part it still remains under the heavy hand of the U.N. and other nations. He therefore concludes that Israel has been under Gentile control ever since 606 B.C. and will remain so until Christ returns at His second coming. Running sort of parallel to that, since the onset of the Church Age around 30–40 A.D., the Church has been accumulating into the body of Christ until the Rapture.
