Who makes up the body of Christ after Paul's ministry began?

After Paul's ministry began, the body of Christ is composed predominantly of Gentiles, with only a few Jews as exceptions. The calling out into the body of Christ comes mostly from among the Gentiles, a complete flip-flop from the earlier Jew-only emphasis.

Les explains that with the advent of the Apostle Paul going out, it is predominantly Gentiles—Gentiles only with exceptions. The exceptions are Jews, who can become believers of this Gospel, but they are few and far between. By far most of the calling out into the body of Christ are from among the Gentiles. He points out a complete flip-flop: formerly it was Jew only with some exceptions of Gentiles; now it is Gentiles with some exceptional Jews coming in. This follows Acts 28, where the salvation of God is sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it.
