Are the most poverty-stricken areas of the world having a population explosion?
Yes, some of the most poverty-stricken areas of the world are experiencing a population explosion. The world is being inundated with people, and poor people are having children in poverty. This contributes to the turmoil and perplexity the world faces.
Les teaches that the population pundits have a point: the world is just being inundated with people, and some of the most poverty-stricken areas are having a population explosion. He notes that poor people are having children in poverty and don't know what to do. Recalling a recent trip to Haiti, he describes abject poverty where people have nothing except kids—more and more people being piled upon people. This fits the distress of nations with perplexity, a sign of the end time.
