Did Jesus get His blood from His Father?

Yes. The context explains that a fetus never receives blood from the mother; blood comes from the father. Therefore Jesus, virgin-born as the seed of the woman, received His blood from His Father, God Himself, so His blood was divine and untainted by a human father.

Les teaches that the physiological makeup of the woman's reproductive system shows the fetus in the mother's womb never receives any of the mother's blood. The blood comes from the father. Because Christ was the seed of the woman, He had to be virgin born; otherwise His blood would have come from a human father and would have tainted His divine ability to die for the sins of the world. Consequently, His blood came from the Father, as does every other creature reproduced. Les also cites veterinarians at Colorado State University proving in cattle that none of the mother cow's blood courses through the fetus; the blood system comes from the sire. This fits God's intrinsic plan preparing for the virgin birth: Christ's blood was divine because it came from His Father, who was God Himself.
