Does the Bible tell us to celebrate Christmas or Easter?

No. The Bible gives no instruction or right to celebrate Christmas or Easter as holy days. The age of grace has no room for feast days, holy days, or special yearly observances. Such celebrations are described as coming from paganism and Old Testament Judaism, not from Scripture for the church.

Les teaches that in the age of grace believers have no right to bring so-called religious practices into their system of worship. There is no room for robes, miters, feast days, or holy days. Although he does not make a big deal over the commotion of Christmas and Easter, he tells people it is not biblical. Nothing in the Book gives the right to celebrate certain high days, the birth of Christ, or a special holy day of Easter. He says these come out of paganism and Old Testament Judaism, and he points to Colossians 2:14 while warning against incorporating Judaism's services into the church age.
