Les Feldick Bible Study

Who will suffer the most during the tribulation?

The nation of Israel, the children of Israel, will suffer the most during the tribulation. Scripture describes this period as God's dealing with His covenant people, a time of tremendous fear and suffering centered primarily in the Middle East and directed especially to Israel.

Les teaches the tribulation is primarily God dealing with the nation of Israel. He explains that the church cannot be run into God's dealings with His covenant people, because the church is not under those covenants; those covenants have nothing to do with Gentiles, being Jew only. They will come into fruition in the tribulation, the time of God dealing with Israel. Les points to Jeremiah 30:5, where a voice of trembling and fear, not peace, is heard, and men are like a woman in travail, faces pale. The horrible events will be centered in the Middle East, with fear and suffering beyond imagination, and will be directed primarily to the children of Israel.
