How would all nations be blessed through Abraham's seed?

All nations are blessed through Abraham's seed because that seed is Christ, the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3. He would go to the cross, be raised from the dead, and become the epitome of our salvation experience, fulfilling the Abrahamic covenant of Genesis 12.

Les explains that the seed of Abraham is also the seed of the woman, which is always a reference to Jesus Christ, the One promised way back in Genesis chapter 3. This all falls back on the Abrahamic covenant of Genesis chapter 12, where God promised that through that man all the nations of the world would be blessed. The blessing comes through that seed of the woman who would go to the cross, who would be raised from the dead, and would become the very epitome of our salvation experience.
