How do New Age people view Christ?
New Age people view Christ as merely another prophet, reducing Him to just another name among the gods. They do not acknowledge Him as the eternal creator God of the universe, the Lord Jesus whom believers serve as the author and finisher of faith.
Les explains that in our day, New Age people are growing by leaps and bounds and are reducing Christ to nothing else but just another prophet. He is just another name among the gods. Les warns that we must be careful never to be taken in by such theology or teaching, and never lose sight of the fact that the Lord Jesus whom we serve, who is the very author and finisher of our faith, is the eternal creator God of the universe. He emphasizes this continually, pointing to Colossians 1:15 and related verses about Christ as the all in all.
