Can anyone infringe on Israel's position as a special chosen nation?

No. Israel’s status is positional: the nation has been set apart as a unique people, and no one can infringe on or invade that God-given position. Deuteronomy 7:6 states the Lord chose Israel to be a special people above all peoples on the earth.

Les teaches that Israel’s standing is positional. The nation of Israel has been positioned as a unique, set-aside nation of people, and no one can infringe on or invade that position that only Israel enjoys among all the peoples of the world. He points back to Deuteronomy 7:6, where Moses writes to the Jew, to the nation of Israel. There the Lord says He has chosen Israel to be a special people unto Himself, above all people upon the face of the earth. Les notes this is plain language about Israel being God’s chosen and special people.
