Where do the fundamental truths for the church come from?

The fundamental truths for the Church Age come from the Pauline letters, because Paul is the designated Apostle of the Gentiles. These letters supply the basics for salvation, the Christian walk, and the operation of the local church, so the church must gather its foundational truths from them.

Les teaches that during this age of grace, called the Church Age, Paul is the designated Apostle of the Gentiles. Therefore, he emphasizes that the Pauline letters are where believers must garner the fundamental truths for salvation, for the Christian walk, and for the operation of the local church. He says it all has to come from these letters of Paul. This does not imply the rest of the Bible is inappropriate; Paul himself writes that all Scripture is inspired of God and profitable for reproof and instruction in righteousness. Romans especially contains much that is fundamental for Gentiles.
