What does Les think America needs to do to change?

Les explains that politicians and the religious community are alarmed because America cannot keep going in its current direction. While some propose more money, prisons, a third party, or something else, Les suggests a different remedy. He says if every American from age 12 up, regardless of denominational or religious handle, would read the book of Romans once a week for six months, things would happen in America. He adds that reading Romans chapter 8 once a day might speed it up, because it is so apropos and practical, not pie in the sky.
