Why did Paul hurriedly write this little epistle?

Paul hurriedly wrote this little epistle because he got word that Gentile churches in Asia Minor were being deluged and tempted by Judaizers with legalism. Those Judaizers were trying to bring the Gentile believers under the law, so he wrote to counter that danger.

Les explains that Paul was writing to the churches in Asia Minor who were being deluged with Judaizers. These Judaizers were attempting to bring the Gentile believers under the law and legalism. Paul had already gone into Asia Minor on his missionary journeys and had established Gentile churches, and when he received word that they were being tempted with legalism, he hurriedly wrote this little epistle. The issue was the pressure to bring Gentile believers under the law, which is why Paul wrote so urgently.
