Les Feldick Bible Study

Did grace begin at the cross in experience according to Les?

No. While grace as an attribute existed at the cross, in experience the gospel of grace did not begin there. The early chapters of Acts contain no gospel of grace; it began with Paul's conversion and commission to the Gentiles.

Les explains that while grace as an attribute of God was present at the cross, the gospel of grace was not yet in operation in experience. He notes that the early chapters of Acts contain no gospel of grace. Only after Paul's conversion on the road to Damascus and his commission to the Gentiles did the message of grace begin, because Paul could not take the law of Israel to the non-Jewish world.
