How should we respond to Satan's adulterations of the truth?

Believers should look beyond Satan's adulterations and look at the truth of Scripture, which is wrapped up in Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. Satan may adulterate and distract, but the truth of God's Word remains the standard, and everything centers on that death, burial, and resurrection.

Les explains that Satan was given an option to adulterate the truth, particularly the truth of death, burial, and resurrection. God has saturated nature with this theme: in a temperate climate, the seasons speak of it—winter brings dormancy and death, but spring brings new life, which is resurrection life. That is why Easter, as we call it, is in the springtime. Yet believers are not to focus on Satan's counterfeits. Instead, we are to look beyond the adulterations of Satan and look at the truth of Scripture, where everything is wrapped up in His death, burial, and resurrection. Les then directs attention back to Romans chapter 6.
