What does Romans 13 say about loving your neighbor and the law?

Paul explains in Romans 13 that believers who love their neighbor fulfill the law. Love does not cast the law aside; rather, love is the fulfilling of the law. If you truly love someone, you cannot break commandments against him, so love fulfills the law.

Les teaches that being under grace through faith plus nothing does not mean the law is thrown out. In Romans 13, Paul says plainly that when a believer loves his neighbor, he fulfills the law. Love is the fulfilling of the law. Les illustrates this by asking whether you can love someone and still break any of those commandments against him; it is impossible. So love does not cast the law aside but fulfills it.
