Who is God's case against in Romans?

God's case in Romans is against the whole human race, not against any one segment, race, or class. Scripture builds the case against immoral, moral, and religious people alike, concluding that all have failed, all are guilty, and there is none righteous, no not one.

Les teaches that in Romans, God's great controversy is with the human race. God builds His case as a prosecuting attorney, not against any one segment, race, or class, but against the whole human race. In chapter 1, God addresses the immoral or amoral man, then the moral man who looks good outwardly but still has much said against him, and then the religious individual who thought his religion gave him all he needed to meet his Maker. The conclusion is that all have failed, all are guilty, and none is righteous, no not one. Les then picks up at Romans 3:19 and notes there are two chapter 3's in the Bible mandatory for every believer to understand.
