Was reconciliation with God accomplished for every person who ever lived?
Yes. Reconciliation was accomplished by God for everybody, every person who has ever lived. It is not automatically applied; each person must believe it and appropriate it. God has done everything possible to make it simple so that lost humanity can come back to Himself.
Les explains that as God is concerned, everybody, every person that's ever lived so far, had reconciliation accomplished. All they have to do is believe it, to appropriate it. This is why God will have every right in the world to pour out His wrath: He has done everything possible to make it as simple as possible, so that lost humanity can come back to Himself. Les also notes that even Saul of Tarsus, a religious zealot of Judaism, had to be told he was a sinner and was undone, showing that reconciliation is needed by all.
