When and where did God approve of marriage?
God placed His stamp of approval on the marriage relationship way back in the Garden, at the beginning of Scripture. Jesus also affirmed marriage, and Scripture declares the marriage bed is undefiled and honorable in all. Thus divine approval of marriage originates in the Garden and runs throughout the Bible.

All the way through Scripture, Paul says in Hebrews that the marriage bed is undefiled, and God says it is honorable in all. Under God's restraints, these things are perfectly normal and are what God has given. But man has taken God-given things and used them under the influence of Satan, changing the truth of God into a lie and worshiping the creature more than the Creator. As a result, God gave them up to a lower lifestyle, to vile affections.
