Why did the early believers in Acts turn the world upside down?

The early believers turned the world upside down because they were never ashamed of the Gospel. As they scattered throughout the Roman Empire, they took the message with them, even into the Emperor's temple, boldly proclaiming salvation by grace. This unwavering commitment spread the faith across the known world.

Les teaches that the early believers turned the then-known world upside down because they were never ashamed of the Gospel, just as Paul was not. Paul, under house arrest in Rome, had Roman soldiers as his guard. Almost all of them, after spending their tour of duty in Paul's presence, left as believers. They went to various places of service throughout the Roman Empire, and Paul even mentions that they went right into the temple of the Emperor himself. As they rotated through their service from one end of the Empire to the other, they took the Gospel with them. This constant movement and bold witness spread the message everywhere.
