What happens to a believer when he believes what Christ says about the cross?
When a believer believes what Christ says about the cross, he is taken out of Adam and placed into Christ. God then no longer sees him in the cesspool of sin but sees only the righteousness and holiness of Christ, because he is in Him.
Les teaches that when Christ died on the cross, and we believe what He says about the cross, every believer is out of Adam and in Christ. Instead of God seeing us in the cesspool of sin which we were in Adam, He now sees only the righteousness and holiness of Christ, because we're in Him. If you're in Him, He doesn't see me or you at all. Because the believer is risen with Christ, he should seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God, setting his affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
