Why should we spend the best part of our time in Paul's epistles?

Paul's epistles contain many doctrines revealed to him for the Gentiles that are not found elsewhere in Scripture. Though all Scripture is inspired and profitable, these unique revelations make Paul's letters primary, so believers should spend the best part of their time there and then funnel back through the rest of Scripture.

Les teaches that everything from Genesis 12 until Paul's epistles was directed primarily, if not exclusively, to the Jew, especially while under the law. But Paul was commissioned at his conversion at Damascus to go far hence to the Gentiles, and God took him into the desert to give him revelations. As Paul refers to in Galatians chapter 1, by revelation God made known things that come from his pen that you will not find anywhere else in the whole Bible. Paul also says all Scripture is inspired and profitable, and he never lifts himself up as the only one to pay attention to. Yet he brings out so many doctrines not found anywhere else in Scripture that it behooves us to spend the best part of our time in Paul's epistles, and from that funnel back and forth throughout all the rest of the Scriptures.
