What is the most all-inclusive way to refer to Jesus?

The most all-inclusive way to refer to Jesus is the Lord Jesus Christ. This three-part title combines His Lordship, His human name Jesus of Nazareth, and His messianic office as Christ, the Messiah of Israel, expressing everything He is to believers in His post-resurrection experience.

Les teaches that when you put the three words together—Lord, Jesus, Christ—that is everything He is to you and me in His post-resurrection experience. He is Lord of lords, still Jesus of Nazareth, the man God, but He is the Christ, the Messiah of Israel. Therefore, for today, the most inclusive term we can put on our Lord is the Lord Jesus Christ. Les also notes that even the twelve never referred to Jesus only by His name, Jesus, and he does not feel it is appropriate; whenever we refer to the name of Jesus, we should also include the word Lord. If you want to be all-inclusive, call Him the Lord Jesus Christ.
