When did the believers scattered from Jerusalem migrate up to Antioch?

The believers scattered from Jerusalem migrated up to Antioch about 12–13 years after Pentecost, around A.D. 41–42, after Stephen’s death and beyond Saul’s conversion, moving north of Palestine into the area of Syria. This is set in a flashback to the seven years after Pentecost.

Les explains that this migration is a flashback to the seven years after Pentecost, at the time of Stephen’s death, but chronologically it is already beyond Saul’s conversion, around A.D. 41–42. He says it is about 12–13 years after Pentecost when these believers who had been scattered out from Jerusalem are more or less migrating up to Antioch, north of Palestine in the area of what we would call Lebanon today. The twelve disciples stayed in Jerusalem, but all the rest of the believers had scattered. Verse 19 says they went everywhere preaching, but none except the Jew only. Verse 20 notes some were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, and when they came to Antioch they spoke unto the Grecians, preaching the Lord Jesus.

Acts 11:19

Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but unto the Jews only.
