How will the 144,000 reach every tongue and tribe during the Tribulation?
The 144,000 will reach every tongue and tribe by supernatural, Spirit-directed transportation, not by earthly means such as airline tickets, walking, or camel riding. As Philip was suddenly caught away from the Gaza road and found at Azotus, so they will be transported from place to place to cover the globe in less than seven years during the Tribulation.
Les teaches that verse 40 gives a hint of what will happen when the 144,000 begin their ministry during the Tribulation. They will not have to get airline tickets, and they will not have to depend on earthly transportation. Yet they will get into every tongue and tribe around the globe in less than seven years. Les suggests they will do it by the same glorious means of transportation Philip experienced, when the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away after he came up out of the water, and the eunuch saw him no more. Philip was found at Azotus, which is between Gaza and Jerusalem, today called Ashdod. Suddenly, not by walking or camel riding or any other way, Philip was transported from one place to another. Les thinks this is how the 144,000 will cover the world in less than seven years during the Tribulation.
But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.
