In Les's view, who are the two greatest men in history beside Christ?
The two greatest men in history beside Christ are the Apostle Paul and Moses. Paul took the message to the Gentiles after Israel rejected Christ, and Moses stands alongside him as one of the greatest men who ever lived and had the greatest impact on all human history.
Les explains that a news magazine cover story listed great men who had made an impact on history, and the Apostle Paul was included, credited with introducing Christianity. Les clarifies that Jesus Christ is the foundation and basis of Christianity, but Paul took it out to the Gentile world. Next to Christ Himself, Les has always said that Paul and Moses are the two greatest men who ever lived and had the greatest impact on all human history. This introduction comes as Israel is rejecting everything concerning the Christ, and Saul of Tarsus is introduced not in a good light, standing there holding the garments of those throwing stones at Stephen.
