How did Paul get from western Turkey to Greece in Acts 16?

In Acts 16, Paul was traveling through western Turkey on his missionary journey when the Holy Spirit directed him over into Greece. His first approach in that Grecian episode was Philippi, where he met Lydia, the first European convert. The account does not describe the means of travel beyond the Spirit's direction.

Les explains that Paul had begun his missionary journey throughout western Turkey, and earlier in Acts 16 the Holy Spirit directed him over into Greece. The first city he approached in that Grecian episode was Philippi, where he ran into Lydia. She was the first European convert. After her conversion, Paul was arrested and beaten along with Silas, then cast into the lower dungeon, probably in stocks. This was Gentile ground, a Gentile prison, and a Gentile jailer.
